On this class, we will explore several glutenfree desserts whose flavor and uniqueness come from the magic of almonds! A favorite of ours is the Swedish Almond Cake, a recipe that, once mastered, is sure to become a regular feature on your festive table. From Southern Italy, we’ll create the visually stunning yet delightfully simple Paste di Mandorla, a dessert perfect for your Christmas celebrations. We’ll also make nostalgic orange marzipan balls, bringing back cherished memories. And for a final treat, a mini almond tart that’s a little crunchy, a little sticky, but packed with almonds in every bite. Best of all? Everything is gluten-free!
